THE KÆRTOR FOUNDATION (hereinafter THE FOUNDATION) domiciled in Juana de Vega 12 – 1º, CP. 15003 A Coruña, with CIF G – 70477559 is registered in the Register of Foundations of Galician Interest with the number 2016/8.
2. Objective
The present General Conditions (“general conditions”) regulate the access and use by any person (“user”) of the pages that integrate the web domain http://kaertor.imaisd.es (“website”), ownership of THE FOUNDATION, as well as the contents and services that are included in them.
Access to this website or its use by the user necessarily implies, without reservation, submission to and acceptance of the general conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that users read them carefully every time they wish to access the website of THE FOUNDATION.
THE FOUNDATION reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or updates to the contents and services, the general conditions and, in general, how many elements integrate the design and configuration of the website

For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to the website, the user and THE FOUNDATION agree to submit expressly to the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela, with the corresponding waivers to any other general or special jurisdiction.
